Vendor Information
- Market takes place Sunday, May 18th 1-4pm inside the Jerome Civic Center at 2901 Leonard Street. All items must be handmade, homemade, or artisan. No direct sales items or re-sale items permitted unless first approved. Please check in upon arrival.
- Items must be family-friendly. No political items, weapons, drug paraphernalia, or pornographic items. If you’re unsure if your items fit this description, please ask us.
- Vendor check-in begins at 11:30am on Sunday, May 18th. You will receive your assigned table at that time.
- Checks are to be made out to “Village of Jerome”. Payment and contract must be received prior to May 15th
- No refunds will be issued. All booth money is donated to the Jerome Library and Events.
- Each table is permitted up to 2 people to help set-up and sell merchandise.
- Vendors are encouraged to take cash/checks, credit, or Venmo. WIFI is available.
- Vendors must keep their space clean and remove all materials & debris at the conclusion of the market.
- Vendors acknowledge and agree that the event organizer(s) and The Village of Jerome shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to vendor merchandise, displays, equipment, or personal belongings, regardless of cause. Vendors are advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage for their goods. Vendors are solely responsible for the security of their merchandise and personal property.
