will not take much additional rainfall for flooding to occur,
especially in low lying areas. Current forecast guidance exhibits a
high (greater than 70%) probability of exceeding 2 inches of
rainfall within the watch area.

possible.

* WHERE…Portions of central, east central, and west central
Illinois, including the following counties, in central Illinois,
Macon and Sangamon. In east central Illinois, Douglas and Edgar.
In west central Illinois, Morgan and Scott.

* WHEN…From this afternoon through Saturday afternoon.

* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
